Refund policy
CerMark Laser Marking Materials are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable (NR). If you mistakenly and purchased the wrong (LMM) material, we can exchange and process accordingly. Please call for a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning materials. If approved, material returns require a prior RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) and are subject to a 10% return restocking fee. Items must be shipped back in original condition and packaging via GROUND shipment ONLY. Refunds will only be given after items are receive, inspected and weighed. Please call customer support for a RA form.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition it was received. Materials must also be in the original packaging (NO EXCEPTIONS). Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges
